| Rikki: | I think the stress is getting to me, too. |
| Tall Guy: | This means one thing, Steak. |
| Rikki: | Oh, you asshole. I’m torn between the >:( emoticon and the :O~~~~ emoticon. |

My variation on this recipe:
- no bacon (no bacon grease either)
- less butter
- less cream cheese
- no salt or pepper
- more avo
- more tomato
- egg cooked sunny side up (as suggested in the comments)
- what onions and parsley? whoops
One of…nah, scratch that, the best sandwich I’ve ever made. SSS-tier. I will probably take a picture of the one I make tomorrow.
…assuming that in my first attempt at eggs sunny-side up, I didn’t fuck up and give myself salmonellosis. :(
- mixed greens
- strawberries
- crumbled bleu cheese
- ranch dressing
Next time I will use a greater percentage of “crunchy” greens in smaller pieces and not forget the craisins. The whole assembly would probably be better with an obnoxiously sweet vinaigrette, but a ranch is fine too.
If I can find candied walnuts they may also be fair game.
…On the downside, that distinctive smell reminds me of my mother’s chicken broccoli casserole…which I do not have the recipe for, and am probably too lazy to make anyway.
Next time:
- Don’t forget to ask them to make it spicy
- Get chicken, not shrimp
I had this over vanilla ice cream at a restaurant recently—yum. Up there with caramel, chocolate syrup and mini M&Ms on the “ideal vanilla ice cream toppings” list.
Carny Casserole
Ground beef, pierogies, french fries topped with green onions, avocado, bacon and egg, smothered in cheese and topped with gravy.
