I know there’s almost no chance, but I wish they’d keep the British VA for the NA release. It’s another layer of abstraction over possible bad acting (far less obvious through an unfamiliar accent) and awkward JP honorifics (argh this makes me cringe 99% of the time)
Moreover, unless they hire a bunch of crappy non-actors for peanuts, they’ll just pull from that one pool of about ten people who apparently make up the entire US VA industry to do the re-dub anyway. (You know who I’m talking about, if you’re a huge effing nerd—though I like them, don’t get me wrong, I’m sick of hearing them in every game I play.)
Brianne Siddall for Choco (Wendee Lee at a long stretch) and Vic Migogna/Yuri Lowenthal/Cam Clarke/Crispin Freeman for the dude who gets turned into a monkey.
